In conclusion, among all delegates, the africans are super friendly n more approachable. They are easier to chat. I'm not saying the rest are not, juz that they are more conservative and suspicious to unknown people. But most wld return your smile.. It's their culture to greet ppl by saying "how are you?" Before i could even reply, they will walk away. So there isnt much need to ans them, juz smile can alr. To them, 'how r you' is a hi.
