Fine dining workshop at CHJIMES was soso. The trainer was boring. The food was okay okay n the tiramisu rockx! I didnt know it actually means 'i love you'. Some chefs there looks young , additional joy to my dinning experience. Six course to be exact. bread is always refilled. By the time u reach main course, u will vomit. The dun like the fish though, dere's tis fishy smell. N i dislike the trainer, he kept saying me n the way i hold my fork.





Next we hang ard at raffles den cp in wait for the next dining experience at the chef's house. The chef's house is located in woodland n mind you, it's 6 room flat kind n nicely furnished with antiques n wood decor. There's keyboard, electric guitar n almost the stuffs i can never get. He took 5 hrs to cook the food n by the time we eat is alr 12++ liao.. He's young n onli 18. May his dream comes true n open up a restaurant! One of the criteria is : to enjoy cooking for others and have the dish n design in mind before u actually start. Thankx. I feel so pampered. Sometimes, its the birthday celebrations tat helps to keep us together.





I seemed to have alot of fine food tis few days. We even went to tcc at pp evon's workplace to eat. It's reli gd to b customers. The drinks reli look great. I have alot of food pics in my handphone now.

There are times when people disppoint n failed us. Take heart. As time pass, it will be even clearer bout those people who will reli stay n those who will slowly fade away. Time is enuff to strengthen bonds n at the same time drift people apart.
